What's the status of the Pacific RC/Aviation Jets Sukhoi? Seemed like that one was basically done, but things kind of went quiet.

Yes, T-One Models is building a 1/7, 109" F-15C and they are building a 110" F-9F Cougar. T-One is really trying to go the extra mile on the scale jets like Kris has mentioned, with operational inlets on the F-15 as well as removable con-formal fuel tanks. That way, the end user has the option to fly the jet slick and clean or dirty it up and fully load it. The Micro T-1 is being installed and should have the maiden done in the next week or 2. They also are working a on Jet powered Glider and a few other projects we will announce when they get closer to finished product.

That is great news. Does T-One plan to continue with the micro sized (3-4.5kg thrust turbines) planes like they are doing with the Micro T-1, but in introduce some scale jets as well? It would be fun to see a micro F-18 or something they don't have yet? I'm assuming the creation of more micros may likely have to do with how well the Micro T-1 sells. The smaller jets are usually easy to transport, and more affordable for more flyers. Hopefully that translates into larger sales numbers as well.

IR Kim, or T-One's attention to detail and their goal to be the best Scale Jet factory, will not let them ever slack off and build crappy jets!! They proved that with the F-22 mold being revised 3 times now trying to make it as close to perfect as they can. They listen to any suggestions we, or customers offer that will improve their product. What other factory would actually make functioning missile or bomb doors on their jets just because I asked 1 time for it? What other factory would make functioning intakes on the F-15 or removable con-formal fuel tanks? T-One will, just because Kim loves a challenge and it will put his jets above the rest. Kim is changing the game for us and T-One customers will benefit with high quality and most important, good prices!! If you have seen the T-One Hawk, Eurofighter or T-50 scale details in person, you will see what I am talking about.

I have talked in length with T-One about building Micro T-1 sized semi scale jets. The problem we have, is the cost of building jet molds is not cheap. They thought going to a wood & mono coat wing option (like many other factories are building)for the Micro T1 would help keep the cost down. I was against it because to me, mono coat does not belong on jets as it just really makes the jet look like a cheap POS and who wants to keep ironing mono coat, or have mono coat peeling off. After the wood wing was finished, they agreed and scrapped the wing because that product quality is not T-One quality and they are not going to take a step backwards. So back to the discussion, to keep the price competitive with the mono coat jets, it doesn't add up to build them as they need to recoup the investment and still make some profit at the end of the day or they close the doors. I personally would, and I think a customer would be willing to pay a little more to have a T-One quality, full composite jet that will last a life time vs a cheaper mono coat or foamy. So lets open the discussion, if you could buy a Micro sized, full composite, semi scale jet, would you be willing to pay $1,300.00- $1,600.00 for it with gear, tank, pipe, hardware, fully painted? I was thinking F-86, T-33, Mig15 maybe F-18. What says you??
