Reminder about new ama forms
Reminder that we are all responsible now regarding the ama approved weight limits and turbine waivers. Pilots now certify with their signature when they sign in that their model is under or over 55 lb with fuel and must have proper paperwork on hand for their Ltma 1and 2 models over 55 lbs
Wda has procured scales to be one hand to assist with this. Thank you for your understanding.

Jeff mentioned that he was having a work party to prepared the flying field before the event, I decided to go help with the cleaning, I worked about 3 hrs myself, other members worked longer than that, the flying field is looking good and ready for the event.
I got to fly my PC21 a couple times after the work, this prop plane is the perfect trainer to get you ready for your first jet flight ( semi high wing loading, landing can be done fast, retracts, flaps and it also flies fast, a good fast, climbs good for those high split S )

As Jeff mentioned above, the weather for the event is really shaping up to be excellent, on this last report the cloud coverage for Friday is gone and also gone for the first half of Saturday, the winds for the weekend are down for all three days.
I'm planing to be there Friday and Saturday early, early in the morning.
