Yes it seems running too hot, 24x12 is the right propeller for the R90, 22x12 is for the FG84.
20:1 is not enough use 15:1 and try to baffle it.
Also try to stay around 5900/ 6000...

It seems to be a long story !
The 3 cylinders do not run evenly from the beginning and also each temperature of
the 3 cylinders do not rise...
