I made a mistake, The sensor is SBS-01T and has a max. temperture of 200° Celcius.
I moiunted it on the back side of the cylinder between the ribs and fixed it with high temperature silicon

Maybe you have the wrong pitch on your prop.

I think 6400 rpm is pretty high, mine is running max. 5.800rpm on the ground with the Biela 22 x 12

I also have a FG-90R3 and am running it in for the moment.
I am turning a 24x12 wooden prop and have 6000rpm on the ground.
Temperatures on the cylinders are about 170°F
For the moment...
