Whole empennage has been dry assembled to get vertical fin to align properly in relation with horizontal stabilizer and the fuselage. So far all seems to be in good standing.

First upper longeron joint at the aft end needed to be fixed as it was glued on offset position then being in center of the fuselage. I used heat gun to heat up old epoxy to loosen up this joint...

I've decided to take out the tail servos operating tail wheel connected with rudder servo inside the fuselage, I will connect tail wheel with rudder on the with 2 springs on each side.

Unscrewed the main upper cabin door frame, I don't like the way it's hinges from outside, it will be rehinged again properly.

Had to add balsa strip fillets to even out and give back root...

Yes it sure is access weight and I really don't see any logic behind using it instead of routing flight controls from one side of the fuselage. Plus there is a tail wheel servo and 2 440 rods on it...

Dry mounted the stabilizer on the fuselage, fuse was brought in the hanger, placed on the table and then lift from bottom of the rear fuse till cabin windows are level. I figure Cub's water lines...

Stabilizer and elevators are all structurally complete, here are 3 shots of present stage.

Making hinge blocks from hardwood, installing them, drilling holes for the hinges and adding Robart...

Other thing that I'll will do is to tie the key joints like dowel LE to TE with carbon toes, ill wrap it around, so this way, there is no way those joints
will ever fail for the life of this model.

One trailing edge is done and waiting for other to get done, in few hours both will be ready to be glued on the dowel leading edge...

All three strips are now laminated together with wood glue.
Last nights preforming of these strips really helped, no need to add lots of pressure with pins, due to the like shape, all 3 strips sat...
