I’ve run the 84 and the 90 and never needed or used the choke. Just use a big high torque starter and a soft cone on the spinner. When the engine is warm it will flip start easily one or two flips.

if you mean the TopRC electric retracts then I’d suggest exchanging them for Sierra GS air or an electric conversion. The air tail retract is very straight forward to install.

For a 3 blade set up I’d start with 23x10 or 24x10
