Just hook them up to a large air compressor tank...

Just hook them up to a large air compressor tank and put a servo tester on cycle mode and cycle the gear a few hundred times!
That will loosen them up

The difference between the P&W and the GE engines can be seen easily here. The second photo is the GE F110-400 used on F-14B-D models.
