There's just something unholy about a nice scale plane that whines instead or roars. Electric just ruins the scale effect unless you put a sound generator in it but that's more battery drain.

The 45 is my overall favorite and workhorse of my 40 size fleet. Very durable and dependable engine. We had a fun fly last weekend and I dragged out a plane with 45 attached that hadn't seen daylight...

Sounds familiar. As you probably know, Fox tried designing their engines for no or very low nitro back in the early 80's (if I remember) with the idea that they're doing modelers a favor to help save...
