The tail needs to be reinforced. Right in front of the vertical fin. I cut a hatch out to better access it. Sucks because then you have to add more nose weight, but the tail will fail.

I twisted the tail on a hard landing, should have reinforced the weak spot before it happened! Appeared very flimsy right in front of the vert. Fin. 6oz carbon all the way around, much stiffer now...

Nice, wonder what it can be printed out of that is strong enough? Shapewsys could do it in aluminum, might cost as much the motor.... I can print ABS, not sure it could take the centrifugal force. ...

What Tim said David... ;-). I added quite a bit of down elev on flaps, just guessed and it seemed fine. Ailerons down too. The biggie was the flaps and elevator suggested throws.... no where...
