Great comments/replies. I suspect the power down...

Great comments/replies. I suspect the power down and power back up RESET the gear and we were good to go....they are very clean, no dirt that I can see.

Cycled gear during the preflight and the LEFT one would not go down again! I tried UP/DOWN.....power off/power...

Good to know! Love the shims....don't need any yet. I added weight by using a SCUBA weight and zipped-tied to the standoffs.

I just installed the mounts because it looks so scale and was easy to do......I have never seen them work very well so no drop tanks for me. How is yours holding up?

I only built this one as I was not wiling to wait for April on the TopFlite. I just adjusted my frustration level and knew I was in for some issues, none of which any came up. She looks so good...

Good to know on the Elite gear I will watch out for that..... I decided to omit the inner gear doors on a recommendation from a friend who works at Horizon...he also suggested adding a LIFe battery...

I am going to "leave the stopper out" as I know what happens when you leave it open on start....I have started with full Choke and then I close the Choke and LOCK the canopy... IT will blow back...

Everything went well except I think I was a little "lean" on the Evolution 62gx....flameout at about 5 minutes into the flight, the airplane needed a little left aileron...

I am sure they will......do not think they have one yet. I am skeptical about the Evolution...never seen many run very well and the whole idea was it would "fit right in" but that is not exactly...

62GX users.....you will have to remove some of the engine box to get the muffler to fit. Also I had to remove some of the cowl on the side due to the muffler not clearing the cowl.

HH.....one thing you can say is they do have EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Sadly when compared to other ARF's in the line at HH....this one doesn't live up to the others...JMHO. I will still shop...

Just went through all the same frustrations.......oh and the Fuel tank in the kit is junk! At least the 60cc Corsair was pre plumbed....again not surprised at this since the whole kit is a D- minus...
