RE: Club FOX!

I agree with Hobbsy. The gray silicone deflectors do take a dB or two off the noise. The snufflers are from JTEC also. They mount easily and secure to the Fox muffler. I too like the sound.

RE: Club FOX!

RE: Club FOX!

The fuel jet assembly can be rotated to any postion you desire the spray hole. Since the jet is held to the body under the shoulder of the screw one is not aligning bolt holes. You are limited by...

RE: Club FOX!

Crashed and destroyed a Goldberg Chipmunk last month. It was flying with a Fox .74. As a result of the crash the muffler mounting broke in two places and I had to order a upper crankcase. I...

RE: Club FOX!

Anybody tried the new fox carb? I busted up a 0.74 a couple weeks ago. I snapped the muffler mounts. Even though the EZ carb works well, I was thinking of trying the new carb. It looks as though...

RE: Club FOX!

Shame that site went down.

If you have the EZ carb, the air bleed type, I think I can help. The modification work for a mid range that is too lean. At wide open throttle and running a slight...

RE: Club FOX!

Here is my two cents worth of unvaluable advice.

If it slows down at full throttle when glow plug is removed you need:
a hotter plug (fox standard long is hottest fox), more compression (I...

RE: Club FOX!

I fly combat using "kentucky mousse can mufflers". Usually the exhaust tube is glued into the can with JB weld. The heat vibration, oil etc loose this in a couple months. Plus it heavy and ugly. ...

What is interesting on the brodak site is the selection. They are selling a fox quickee 500, and ABC 74 and pipe timed 60? The fox website does not even list these items. I do know that fox made...

RE: Club FOX!

I've run a couple eagle ring 74s. Very little problem. Keep the nitro low 0-5% and you will not need head button and get better fuel economy with cheaper fuel. The EZ air bleed carbs, I've found...

RE: Club FOX!

I run a 46, 50, eagle IV 60 and 74. The 46 I run on 15% nitro Omega, it loves it. All the others take 0% nitro and 18.75% oil homeblend that is almost 50% castor. They love that mix. The bigger...

Well I have two Fox .45 BBRC with EZ carbs destined for a twin bash of a Sig Four Star. I've never run a 0.45 but they have the reputation of being the friendliest of the Fox lot.

I have run...
