Hey horseman,
I have 3 Saito 100’s with many, many flights on them. I have never had a problem with them running backwards because I use an electric starter. I gather you must be flip starting...

The McDaniel glow driver is what I think I was looking for. I knew someone had to make one that ran on 4.8 volts or someone had to make a regulator that would go down to 1.5 volts. Now I can run...
