Yeh 3 blade MA are more then double there 2 blade counter part. I don't mind buying props I will use but, hate to have tons of extra's that won't be used.;)

I know you can run one but wondering if any one has any results. :DI like Graupner props better then MA but they do come at a price. Even the MA three blade is a couple bucks mor then a two blade.

On another note, I know you have quite the prop collection. Do you have a 3 bladed Graupner 12 x 8 ? Or have you ever run a 3 blade prop on a FA-100 Saito? Looking for a starting...

So far I've had great luck , my 72 was 130.00 used my 82 was 140.00 and my 100 was only 150.00 , that one came with a pitts muffler and a stock muffler.

Mike,

I was thinking the same thing too. The only thing I can think of is the cylinder expands more than the push rods giving it more valve clearance. On the old car the block is cast...

This plane needs little power to take it up , the only reason it got the 100 was for the weight. With the ST G90 it would lift off at less than half throttle. I don't think I ever bother with full...

Yep , these gys do a great job of helping out and having some fun at the same time ! I took my Super Tigre 90 off of my Tiger 60 and replaced it with a Saito 100 , looks and sounds great...

I actually like them upside down or side mount for ease of hand starting. Otherwise they will run however you mount them.
