I was leaning that way also. Needed confirmation though.
I wish there was a way to lock the crankshaft in place. Maybe there is and I just haven't figured it out yet...

Will Try that to.. though I didn't get any leakage on the pressure test during assembly, it could be possible. So is well worth a try...

Am there right now, installing my degree wheel to check duration against tdc.. though without knowing all the specs. it may not tell me what I need to know about...

Any Idea's on how to hold the cam gear from turning while re-installing it back on the crankcase... Seems mine wanted to wander around and engage at anything but the 6 o-clock position on the crank...

Ok, Bill,

I'll take a squirt of good fuel with and give it a couple of shots...I could detect no rough bearings of klicks or clacks but then with thick castor coating it all I probably wouldn't....

Did I understand you correctly " install a pair of Saito FS 100's in the Super Duellist " if so it would surely reduce the nose heavy tendency of the bird...I gotta get...
