on my 125, I get the best RPM range with the MAS 14x7 3-blade prop. The MAS 15x7 and the Graupner 14x7 seem to bog a bit.

RCV and OS engines have suggested running the breather lines as long as you like....or even to the muffler if desired. My buddy has an RCV and was worried because the manual states 2-3" max tubing...

Strangely, the Horizon webpage for the 115 lists all the 125 exhaust parts as replacement/optional parts.

I found them in the UK
1 x SAI200TI39 Push-rod (pair) £2.95.
1 x SAI90TS40 Push-rod Cover and Seals (pair) £3.95.

Not really sure how much that is, but it appears to be more than it cost...

Hobbywarehouse.com says they have the parts in stock for my Saito 125.

We'll see.

At any rate, one might email them for stock availability when looking for hard-to-find Saito parts.

6800RPM with a 16x6 APC on a new 125? I'd suspect a problem with the tachometer.
