i purchased a turbo header prop for my saito fa 125, glow, and it stripped the threads on the crankcase.

i think that means i have to open LSN up more, so that there is more over all fuel flow, and then decrease the HSN to get it right? i know it is not as easy as it sounds. but it means more tinkering....

i was able to turn it out 2 1/2 turns, and now it sounds better. max rpm is 8400 with a 16 x 6 evolution prop.
i am getting a 16 x 6 apc prop from tower hobbies,...

i have an fg 36 and i love it. what a engine, and it sounds great! never had issues with it, starts up easliy, and the best part is that the fuel is so cheap and no oil mess. however, beware of cowl...

great, thanks,, that is what i thought, maybe too lean on LSN. i also noted when plane flew, there was very little smoke trail, usually, with nitro, if it is rich, it will leave a faint smoke trail....

today was flight number 2 for the saito 125. much better than last week. the engine never stalled. it flwe for 10 minutes. engine was way underpowered, probably too rich, my tach was not working....

ok blw, i will do just that tomorrow. so i will turn it on, then turn needle til i get max rpm, then i will turn needle out so rpm drops 300 to 500. i will do it and tell you how it goes. thank you.

ok, thanks, tomorrow, i will take the revolver again to fly, and i will turn the HSN 1 full turn out, to make it richer, that way, once up in air, if it leans out, it will not lose power. does this...
