called tbm still waiting on jeff for a phone call back. can i just go get a 3/8 dowel hardwood ? is the drilling awkward doesnt seem like it will be easy to get straight

mine flew today witout a hitch. put washers on back wing holes and thats it. no problems at all with five flights
