the ShockJet is alot of fun - flew mine for a weekend and had a blast with a Kingtech K80 (then had a radio problem and lost it - totalled)

robarts are a little harder to install (to drill the hole straight etc) - but they may give you more throw
(med size - Iclipped off each side up to the last notch towards the end so they didnt poke...

Iused Robart hinges set at an angle into the wing and flap surface and got more than 90degrees throw (Iset it to about 70 when flying) - seemed fine to me

I used a piece of rubber hose to seal the motor to the outside of the former - it worked really well - it was auto type fuel hose from Canadian Tire
(bolts with blind nuts to hold them in to keep...

the ailerons were on a Y-Harness - checked it post crash - still intact - nothing loose - they worked fine on the ground

Disaster - just crashed - SJ airframe destroyed - K80 mostly unharmed - (no fire) - I loved my plane - had 3 fantastic flights with it - will post a better report later - of how fun it was to fly....

- just trimmed stock mount to make both sides of clamp flush

Im likely going CAhinges too - since there are so many to install (and use the pin spacer as mentioned earlier to get it tight...
