Look back up the thread 10/20 pages for my post and photos on how I did mine. Shepp and I both have tried a few rhi gs on these Shocks. I machined my own wheels and used Intarco brake...

Never seen it done and don't have one on mine but I don't pitch that hard on takeoff. You can slam the tail on any of them. Just take off in a normal fashion and you will be fine. Another friend of...

Jamie, it won't add that much to the AUW and will take only a little time to do. I would take the time to do it. That way you won't have any regrets later.

Ok Shock flyers. I need four of the little hatch latches like what comes on the Shock. Does anyone know where to get them? I looked on the Net and could not find them. Thanks.

Feddy, You will love that Rabbit. Out of the four turbines I have I like mine the best for the size class. Another great smaller one is my K-80. With the Rabbit in that Shock hang on to your boots...

They were well hid on mine. had to hunt and fold the covering back to find them. Have fun with that jet. They are a ball.

Yes the jet is pre slotted for CA hinges and thats what i used. Been flying it now for over two years.

You can fold any wing at half throttle on a jet if your not jet biased. I would trust this wing any day. Lord knows I have tested it too!!! Haa. Haa.

Well, I have a 64 oz. tank in my SJ now so guess thats what I would try with my K-80.

Yep-think your right. Think I will install the K-80 in the Shock and the Rabbit into the Rookie II. The Rabbit will sooner or later wind up in my CT-114.

The last SJ I set up for a freind, we put a Falcon 120 and DID NOT turn it down. Ha. It's a rocket. He does fly it intel with his left thumb but for the size of jets you are shooting for afterwards...
