w8ye,

I finally figured out the timing for the 270T.  You need to line up the dimple on the cam gear directly into the crankcase when the right piston is at TDC for the right cylinder timing,...

Thanks for your reply. Yes, I have worked out this already. I have found a thread where BillRobison says to to set the right side timing you can use a little pin to lock the timing gear...
