I made a sorta degree wheel using a school protractor, not 100% accurate but it it's good enough to see the intake valve starts to move at about 45 degrees before TDC that seems a bit early to me,...

I've tried most everything else, but I just now...

I've tried most everything else, but I just now pulled the valve covers from my 91 and 125 and compared the rocker arm throws, they are the same so now I'm thinking it may not be the cam.

Engine is used, I bought it at an auction, I knew the bearings were toast so I replaced them, today was to first time I ran and tached it, I just tried a APC 15X6 and only got 8900 rpm.

I just replaced the bearings in a 125 and didn't remove the rubber seals on the rear bearing, I have a feeling I'm taking that bearing out again and removing the seals, am I or will it be ok.?
